Photo taken in the early 70’s of the operator at Sturtevant flaging a northbound turbo train for a stop........the OPR. was Rich Oppenheim who recently retired from a long career in the RR industry.....Rich worked for the ERIE-Milwaukee Road –SOO-CP and last but not least METRA. Rich was the Director of Operations for Metra upon retirement. The RR industry and many many people will miss his expertise in RRing.........
